    The rolling sharpener

A perfect angle, no skill required

The blade sits on a magnetic holder that keeps the angle for you. Then simply roll the stone along the edge: no special skill is needed to get an even edge.

For steel kitchen knives with a plain edge.

    How it works

    Sharpen in three steps

    01

    Attach the blade

Place the knife against the magnetic holder, on the side of the angle you have chosen.

    02

    Roll it

Roll the sharpener back and forth along the blade with the coarsest grit, then turn the knife over.

    03

    Refine

Finish with the fine grit for a clean, even edge.

    Frequently asked questions

    Before you order

Which sharpener is best for beginners?

The rolling sharpener with a magnetic holder: the angle is held for you, you simply roll the stone along the blade.

What do the grit numbers mean?

The lower the number, the coarser the grit. A coarse grit (240 to 400) brings back bite to a dull blade, a medium grit (1000) sharpens, a fine grit (3000 and above) refines and polishes the edge.

    Can serrated knives be sharpened?

Rolling sharpeners and stones are designed for plain edges. Serrated knives need a dedicated tool.

    How long does delivery take?

Allow 8 to 15 working days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

    Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to return an item to us. The conditions are set out in our refund policy.
